My friend cant log into the game.

My friend and me play normally on the game, but his internet crashed. Now he can't log back in because the system thinks he's already logged on, can you guys fix this problem or help me?

    Either wait for a while, so you automatically get logged off and if that doesn't work, or you don't want to wait, just fill in your username and password and before you log in, select the Force Log button, so the logged in account will get booted and you will be able to log in.

    This way is tried by me, and works everytime I do it.
