what sever is best for me

hi i have been playing JD but now bored with it because everyone is a high level. i read on a couple of forums that this is the game to play because there are always new players coming in.
i live in australia so i do have a high ping. im looking for a sever that has a lot of players. i like being a merchant in mmorpg's. i also would like to join a clan that will help me on my adventur. please help

    First of all, welcome to PWI!
    I don't know whether you like PvE or PvP more and I'm not very experienced with ping and stuff, but I'm at Sanctuary server (PvE) and I'm Director of the faction Obsolete.
    We accept all lvls and we are very helpful, we will try to help you whenever you need. ^^
    Let me hear it if you want to join us and tell me your character name then, so I could add you! I will be sure to help you when you need it! :)
