Why can't i purchase the 30 pound and 20 pound worth of zen from ZONG?

    yesterday I purchas Zen of 30.00 us $ its in my balnce it shows 3000 zen but it will not go into my tranfer acct wtf is wrong with this. contact me frankie.jones95@yahoo.com asap!!b:pleasedb:thanksb:shocked

    i am having same problem. money was removed from my accout bank account and when i bought zen it same complete. then i transferred it... it still says transferring after 24 hrs . plz contact me aT.....jahenley57@yahoo.com
