We recently setup our faction base and have been working on doing the quests and questions but have now got stuck as the materials counter have reached maximum so any materials we get are disolving at their time outs.

We do not know what to do next and have not found any guidance to help us.

From what we have found it appears that only the faction leader can do changes to the base and is not able to delegate any of this work.

How do other faction leaders manage their workload?

Please hlep us b:puzzled

    http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Faction_Bases

That's the wiki page for faction bases and should give you in-depth knowledge of its resources.

Once the material bank has filled up, we usually just let our members npc the materials they get from quests. There's no use having the leader empty the bank just to fill up with more of the same materials we already had.

Bases are leveled from construction points. Construction points are obtained from the two kill quests in the center pillar in the faction base. This pillar is found in the Hall of Loyalty. Have your members donate construction points whenever possible in order to level the base quickly. Once the base reaches the required exp, your leader can level the base and the base receives a tech point. This tech point can then be placed in one of 5 attributes (similar to the genie attribute placing system). The wiki tells you which attribute levels which tower. Once the attribute is placed, the leader can opt to upgrade the tower by paying the materials + a coin fee.

I would recommend leveling the Hall of Loyalty for increased merit and construction points, Alchemy Labs for convenient and incredible buffs and apothecary, and the Heavenly Vault for archer arrows.

I always thought absurd to have put these skills only available for those who are in a faction base.
They could be made available in cash shop, and then into something accessible to all (such as Morai stuff for example).
The devs loves to make our lives more difficult. b:angry

They're available from Dragon Temple's chests just like bikinis are (and were before they were even put in the cash shop). Don't blame the devs/marketing team for something that's not on their heads. They **** up enough as is without needing us to add things they didn't do wrong on top of it.

I know. But the faction base's skill books are better.
