It prevents whatever you casted it on from recovering HP, "absorbing" their healing.

Does that mean if someone uses a hp pot that the array would absorb it or would it only work if the person uses a skill to heal.

Nooby question , does the stolen heal goes on you, aka healing yourself , or you just remove it from target ?

Yes, the amount of HP which should have gone to the person who uses HP pots would go to you. If you fight against a cleric, and she heals herself (assume that she's under the effect of either of the two arrays), the amount of HP which should have gone to her would go to you as well. b:pleased

It does not. When you use the skill, it puts a large debuff icon on the target, like 4x the size of other icons. lol And it has a number with it along with a gauge that shows how much healing it'll absorb and it can be stacked. I guess one good thing is it won't break sleep, so it'll make it easier for clerics to kill charmed, buffed targets.

Think of it like a heal bucket that grabs some of the hp instead of the player getting it. A charm ticks, it goes into the bucket. A player pots, it goes into the bucket. Another cleric heals, it goes into the bucket. Genie skill? bucket. And that player doesn't get any heals until their bucket is used up.

Its a PvP skill only (can't really think of a PvE use except maybe for the life sucking mobs). Its used to shrink the distance needed to kill a player between a charm tick. So say the person has 20k hp, you get them to 9999 hp and their charm tickets for 10001 hp, but because you had your "bucket" able to absorb 6k they only get 4k hp from their charm ticket for 14k total. Now you have 10 seconds between charm tickets to kill 14k instead of 20k.

Saku is right about the skill. I lol'd at the bucket analogy.

I have found a use for it in pve though....

I use it as a poor man's, cleric version of a barb's roar when I'm tanking low leveled instances. Lol. Useful only if no one has actually struck the mob.

Sad use, but its the only use I've found for it in pve. Lol.
