      My guess is, that its for Morai related items for gaining points faster.

      Quite possibly, no doubt they will have resets for the quest NPC in the botique soon

      Yup as you suspected, they are NPC items that you can get increasing your prestige, apparently obtainable from your Orders Leader where you obtain the Divine Emissary quest and costs 150 influence for 2k Prestige bonus which is awarded when you complete quests.

      Ie you complete your normal quest and obtain 80% more prestige with that item equipt

      This. Just like the inventory slot was available for the order tokens before those were even released. and the shop inventory slot before catshop upgrades were released.

      Those could be amazing or terrible, depending on the usefulness of the skill given, and How much time/money/effort it takes to collect 500 of them.

      Probably as much effort as it takes to get the .... the what, 400 notes from the PW Teacher? Jesus christ, playing the game for an hour, everyday, for OVER a year for a simple lil mount? Gtfo

      I've never been fond of the PQ events. With all the OP gear people taking the top spots, it's difficult to get a decent reward.

      If that's the case with this new item, I think I'll just skip it.

      Well it might not be one where you have to place in the top 10. Or it might now be a PQ event at all. I'm just speculating.
