"Prerequisite skill level too low."

Been trying to get Essential Sutra and Blade Tempest, but every time I click on it at the Wizard trainer, it says, "Prerequisite skill level too low."

What does this mean? Which skills do I need to upgrade further to get these two skills?

    Open the skill page -> skill tree, and look at what skill is above it in the chain. You probably only need the first level for it to work.

    Check out your cultivation, to see if it's at the right stage.

    Also, if I remember correctly, you need at least level 1 Emberstorm for Blade Tempest and level 5 (I think O.o) Wellspring Quaff for Essential Sutra

    This. It's understandable to not have lvled quaff or picked up emberstorm.
