    He means shards that add (d)amage (o)ver (t)ime with each hit. :3

    I saw it even more on PWV lol so I think if they didnt cost so much wed see them far more often, i've hit a couple of people up about it and they usually seem to think a DoT in their weapon does more when they're sparked than a normal shard lol b:surrender it sums up alot of pwi hes overall knowledge of the game is legit
