Can not use site on my IP.

Hi there, i have a problem. When i try to log in on site i got this problem

Our sincerest apologies, we cannot provide service to players in your region or to players using open proxies.

I asked friend to log on forum and post my problem, if u need my IP to check problem i can send GMs or Admins, i dont want to share IP on public forum.
If admin can contact me it will be the best option.

    What area do you live in? Some regions are blocked.
    Or, your ISP might be using "accelerators" to "speed up your internet". Call them and disable this fake service.

    I am from Chicago,i dont have contact with ISP provider and i dont know what are they using.How can i check it?

    Call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and find out. Heck, you could probably log into your account online and find out.

    i contacted them,and they said me that they r not using any kind of accelerators
