Client Crashing

Hi, i'm having problems with client after update 629>632.

The game crashes randomly, i've tryed everything, reinstall the game, update directx again, update and reinstall the intel graphics driver.

I'm player since 2011 and I've never had this crash before.

My System specs are:
Intel Core i5 - 2410m
2x4GB DDR3 1333MHz Dual
Intel HD Graphics 3000 w/ Driver v.8.15.10.2696
Seagate Momentus XT 500GB 7200RPM w/4GB SSD
Windows 7 x64 Professional w/ SP1

    Prolly should submit a ticket. Although personally, that looks more like the client locking up than actually crashing. I get that sometimes and if I wait a minute it comes back.

    Happend to me before i got the major problem..

    It does sound like your clients locking... Wait a little bit before doing anything, it might come back.

    Submit a ticket to

    Same thing happend to me...

    I found out it was my video card update that was clashing with the game...
    Back roll its update in the video cards option

    Also put the client in the Exceptions/Allowlist in your virus security and verify the game.

    May not fix the pproblem you have but it did fix mine.

    I've been having similar issues on my Laptop.

    It has a nvidia gforce GT 630M.

    but as soon as I turn the cross rendering off, and therefore force it to use the Intel HD card, the crashes are gone.... but of course the performance loss this causes isn't acceptable.

    After the new patch, I can log into all of my accounts except my main account. Everytime I try to log into my main account, I get a message that states "elementclient.exe has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify when a solution is found". I am only having this problem with ONE account, not any others. Any suggestions?

    First, try logging in a few times on that character that is giving you trouble by holding down "W" while logging in.

    If that doesn't work, go to the Launcher screen, go to Settings, and turn ALL of the Settings to the left, to be OFF and un-check (turn off) all of the graphic settings.

    Select Windowed mode, and choose a default resolution like 800x600, or 1024x768 (or whatever works for you from the list.)

    Then attempt to Start the game, select the character that was giving you the issue (and crashing to the desktop with an error log screen showing up) and see if you can get in game after making those changes.

    As i said before above...

    The client is locking up.

    Try verifying your client which (i know is a pain) if that doesn't end up working..

    PUT the client in your security virus (eg. AVG)

    (For avg virus protection allow/exceptions list)

    Tools>Advanced settings> look for Allow List and add the client (got to browse for it)

    I have had the same problem and that both worked for me, aswell as uninstalling the game and re-installing..

    Hopefully that will work if not submit a ticket.
