Punish The Scumbag

Hello! I am having trouble completing a quest called Punish The Scumbag. I have to kill Casiosi, a level 20 boss with about 10k HP. I am a level 29 cleric and it has been impossible. Before I even see my hp at the halfway point, I am dead.

Do I need a squad to do this quest?

    No, but you do have to kill him outright...make a squad and get a few other players to help you defeat him or get a somewhat high level to squad for you. b:pleased
