Does PWI still offer live chat with a GM?

I'm just curious. I remember about a year ago I had to go on and get something resolved and it was a very good system. Wanted to know if they still do it? Thank you.

    Last I checked the GM's rarely come ingame and spend time with the playerbase other then to spawn the stupid dinos and troll WC with red text. Otherwise if they are ingame they are in their perma stealth checking to make sure people aren't doing bad things like pking in Cube room 1 or SP etc.

    Yea I know they rarely go in game. But not too long ago they had like 2 hours every business day where they got on a chat in order to speak with players. It was a live chat and you had to have a mic but it did exist and was very helpful. I lost my link to it though. :/

    I do not remember such a thing. Maybe when I went on a 4month hiatus for personal reasons.

    it's down atm. But yea if you ever have a problem when it's back up you should check it out. I got answers for my account faster by doing that and they were actually nice and helpful. Hope they bring it back soon cause I need help. b:chuckle

    Nice to know ASAP to Frankie mean nearly 6 months .. I wudda got the sack within 3 weeks lol

    2 weeks PWI time = 6 months real time. Already been proven.
