SO TODAY I DECIDED I WANTED TO BUY ZEN FOR A NEW FLYER. MY OPTION WAS TO PAY BY MOBILE. SO I PAYED BY MOBILE AND IT DID NOT SEND THE ZEN TO MY WALLET. IT SENT A MSG TO MY PHONE SAYING PURCHASE COMPLETED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ZEN! b:angry PLEASE HELP ME!!! DOES THE CARRIER OF PHONE HAVE AND EFFECT ON PURCHASE? IF SO I HAVE AT&T. . .

i'm having the same problem i used bill to mobile & google checkout, no zen & nothing shows up in the history thing0

I just used my phone to purcase zen and got the same message back. But I never got the zen!! If I'm not getting my zen I'm NEVER gonna buy again! b:angry
And I've used my phone every time I bought zen earlier so that's not the problem!
Also I used Zong.. Anyone else got problems with Zong..?b:surrender0 -

Used Google checkout on the 19th and still have not got my Zen. I put in a ticket and no answer yet. Also, Google Checkout is not on the list any more0

I just 30minutes ago pay'd $10 for 1000 ZEN on Billtomobile and i have YET too receive my ZEN . Im going too submit a ticket now and if i dont get any response im going too quickly call the perfect world company and give them a piece of my mind cause this is ridiculous .0

As many of you are already aware, we are currently experiencing problems with payments pending for long periods of time/delayed Zen payouts on recent purchases.
We are aware of and are working to correct this issue as we speak. As soon as the matter is resolve, this post will be updated. Any tickets you have sent in regarding this issue will be responded to as soon as the matter has been resolved.
Please bear with us while we get this fixed.

I had the problem with Google Checkout. They replied to me pretty promptly to state a refund will be in my account in 3-5 days.

i tryed to put zen on my account but it said i had insufficient funds but i just put 30 worth of credit on it im with vodafone but does it make a difference0

I paid for a ton of Zen and still have nothing. That was a month ago.0

1. I Bought Zen through ClickandBuy.com
2. ClickandBuy.com sent emails for proof of transactions that they sent payment to PWE.
3. Waited for half day to but no ZEN was credit to my account.
4. Submitted a ticket for Technical Support
5. After half day, reply for my ticket is to contact Clickandbuy.com and they change ticket status to SOLVED. WTF! What is solved? Answering the ticket means the problem is solved?
6. I contacted Clickandbuy support and was told that PWE received the payment and they provide transaction id, transaction date and time and everything.
7. I update my ticket and told them, as per the attached proof of transaction, ClickandBuy already sent payment to PWE on the date shown on the proof of transaction.
8. PWE Support replied to the ticket claiming they checked my account and still no payment received for the said transaction. Then they repeat their advise to contact ClickandBuy. Then change my ticket status to SOLVED. At this time I am very pissed since they keep saying my problem is SOLVED.
This is what I think happens:In a web-store, PWE is the sales representative, ClickandBuy is the Cashier and I am the customer who wanted to buy for PWE products. I choosed to buy ZEN. Then PWE ask me to pay to ClickandBuy. I was given a receipt / proof of purchase. I go to PWE to receive what I buy and show them the receipt I receive from ClickandBuy. PWE claims that they didn't receive any payment confirmation on their side. They ask me to go back to ClickandBuy on what happen then they decided that THE PROBLEM is SOLVED. Then ClickandBuy told that they received my payment and was forwarded to PWE as the proof of purchase shows. I go back to PWE and they again claimed that their records does not show that they received payment from ClickandBuy. So they ask me to go ask ClickandBuy again on what happen and they decided that the PROBLEM was SOLVED.
