Game running slow

How can i fix the problem that the game is running slow, without **** up the graphics.

When i am pressing W if i want to walk, it last a second if the char will react.

Help me!

    Are you saying that keypresses are unresponsive? The problem is likely to be your ping - hover your mouse over the quit button (bottom right) to see what that says. If it's in red, then you have a problem with your network connection.

    But that doesn't usually affect moving around, so I think you probably do need to tturn down some of your graphics settings.

    graphics and ping don't usually affect the key input speed... what OS are you using?
