Why are ultimate substances so cheap?

I know ppl arent getting them by using mid-mats nor by using tokens...
I was retired for some months and the price was lot higher...what happened to make its price decrease so much?

    You can trade Nirvana Talisman for 5 subs a day (do 2 BH get 15 subs a day). I do this on days I don't have time to caster nirvana.

    Caster Nirvana. Trading in your talismans for subs is what most melee do since they expire. Added a free way to get several subs a day. Price dropped accordingly.

    I've accumulated around 200 subs now, just from doing BHI and BHII and trading in talisman. This is good because now I can make any TT gear I want, do TT runs, and whatever else requires subs, without having to buy them for a long time.

    95 Demon Wiz/
    94 Sage Veno
    85 Psy/80 Mystic
    And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.

    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.
