Sin Crit

Hey guys... I was just wondering, if you had the best interval gear + daggers and tomes and basically every best gear for interval sin... how much would ur max crit chace be? (pure dex build + demon)

    since you said full max interval, it would be 42%, with 2 primeval stones in your weapon.

    This would be the gear.

    And Primeval stones show up as 1% on the calculator, even though the calculator interface says +2

    Most seem to turn around 35% crit at 100+, but 42% would be wicked. Only higher would be a (highly hypothetical 0.000000000001% chance to actually make it) g15 vana with 2 x -0.05 int and +4% crit.

    @Empu XD Or a g15 vana dag with 1x -0.05, a 2% crit, and a 4% crit. So in total it'd be 47% total crit XD

    But that'd be pointless with the other possible adds you can get on it that'd be more useful :P

    Right now with vana dags I'm at 38% crit. Once I get the nirvy hat, I'll be at 39% crit or so. Possible even 40. And it's quite nice :D

    With current game in the gear, the highest crit one can get (though it would be VERY foolish to get this gear just for the crit) would be 58%. Gearing being this

    @ Skai : a double crit add would be even more yeah, but well "full -int" would suggest a -0.1 weap? The -int armor isn't the best crit wise either. I wonder if there's a 51% crit (without demon dagger devotion) build, would be fun to see if crit get's to 101% with sage powerdash lol

    My crit is 35%. Choose not to wear both r8 ring cause it can't be refined. I think it's a good crit rate, even though with r8 (ring+weap) I have 40%. I don't specially look for +crit, but love +dex <3

    @Empu True. 100% crit would be OP XD. And the main reason I keep the rank8 ring on is because it's +125 phys attack. If you compare it to let's say.. the CoA ring, the 25 raw damage is a good bit of damage off of your attack, taking multipliers into account. Plus the extra % crit and hp is nice too. And -6% chan to boot :P

    Though, if I had a +10 Lunar ring instead.. that'd be a different story lol.

    Hmm.... why is 58% crit rate not worth it? I bet you will lose some small portion of damage to get it.... but why not?

    @ BladeForHire : It's not the 58% crit itself that isn't worth getting, but the armor setup to get to that crit. All the armor parts and weap Skai put in are picked on +crit and +dex only, disregarding all the rest. Just an example, look at the phys def. It can't be improved since there are no refinable phys def/att ornaments. You'd be super squishy. Another example, putting in +crit gems in a weapon would overall do less damage then garnets (especially with the crapload of dex a sin has).

    Guys critic rate is HUGE BS in this game. I made character(not sin) on private server, which had 52% critical rate. But real critical rate was maybe around 1/3 it was far away from 50%. And I did thousands hits as I said it was far away from every second critical hit in global.

    b:chuckle you must be really unlucky then. My sin crits WAY more then my barb or cleric. On cleric it's even a rare occasion that is celebrated with cookies. So yeah, 35%, 10% or 2%, too me crit rate does make a difference.

    I find that with my 38% crit I have right now, I'm critting a LOT more often than 38%. 38% is roughly critting once out of 3 hits. Yet very oftentimes I crit every other hit, constant hits in a row, or the average, 1 in 3 hits.

    But that's just me from what I've noticed >.>

    Lame Necro is Lame.

    Was just looking through the possible ways of getting the MOST crit. (Totally foolish.)

    And Using some of the new gear (I.e R9r for +3 Crit set bonus, r8r Daggers for +12 crit rate (Shown on Helm)) and a necklace i'm not sure anyone even has yet. I was pushing 70% crit, Maxing out at 68% Here.

    So this is the new maximum i do believe.

    You forgot the ring engraves with 2x +10 DEX which adds another +1% crit per ring.
