    Nope. Even assuming they could get 5.0 base, 3 chi per hit isn't fast enough for the spark duration, and even if they did get more chi per hit the only part of the spark they'd be utilizing would be the dmg reduction if sage. Better to save the time used sparking to undine instead to maximize the dmg boost from that triple sparked frostblade buff. b:chuckle

    Not really.

    Although with Cloud Eruption(Mag genie) and Demon Spark taking me to about -50 or so chan (I forget lol, been offline too long now) I was able to stay sparked 15 out of every 30 seconds assuming my target didn't die. With a better genie and more -chan I bet someone could just about do it. Could be fun but still non-compete for aps.
    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute

    hum i did some calculations a year+ ago and found that clerics-wiz-psy cannot permaspark (with skills) even at -100% chan and CE/ChiSyphon+white tea+sage. not sure if i included chi gain procs on wiz/cleric though

    i think the best is ~75% of the time

    During caster squads in 2x (when we could glitch) I multi cliented with a demon barb and just spammed the hp buff, and the whole squad could constant spark when combined with cloud eruption. Fun times.

    5.0 is not the answer.

    15(duration of spark)*5(aps)*3(amount of chi gained per hit)<300

    That doesn't even count the seconds inactive immediately after the spark.

    Now if pyro had the cd of plume shot that'd be interesting to test.

    Please tell me this 5.0 wizard business is a huge joke... You don't even benefit from the bonus even if you do 3 spark. You get 3 chi pet hit... You just spark for nothing basically... Purify may help but come on, you can't even out damage pure vit venoes which is rather pathetic. APS benefits only Blademasters, Assassins and Venomancers, the rest of the classes would be just $$$ dependent or just flat out fail.

    im pretty sure demon spark for casters doesnt give int speed, so it wouldnt work. Yet another reason not to build a cool HA veno. I think they thought it would be cool, but didnt finish the thought lol
