Broken Equipment

I'm sorry if this has been discussed to death. I can't find anything on it.
I am new and lost!
My gear is breaking and it tells me to get it repaired. How do I get my gear/equipment repaired?

    Go to any tailor/blacksmith/merchant/apothecary/craftsman and enter the Goods dialogue. At the bottom there are two buttons, Fix All will repair all equipped items, the one next to it can be used to repair individual items in your inventory.
