Can't get any Divine Quests?

Hello
I made a lv.50ish alt recently and I noticed that even with a Divine Order of the Shadow the NPC thing as grey shield on top and NO quest whatsover.
Does is require some cultivation level too? :O

Taking the Quest

Condition: After you have reached a certain level, if you have the required item in your bag, you can take the Divine Contract quests from the Divine Emissary.
You can take multiple quests, but each time there will only be a certain number of quests available to you.
You can find Divine Emissaries in the main cities.

    I have the same problem with an alt of mine that I made a couple of months ago. He is indeed a little behind with his cultivation and I wanted to do divine quests to gather light orders for weapons ('till said alt can use my other toons' gear)...but judging but this..it could be the cultivation O.o;

    You get the Divine Order of the Shadow after you done Bh1 for the day and it has a time limt of 1 hr and 40 mins or something like that to pick your Divine quests (then it runs out you cant pick any more quests up) new fishy is 56 some am doing them now lol

    *i think its 2 hrs timelimt i check tomrrow when i do my Bh's for sure*

    Haven't you read the part where I said I have the divine order of shadow thing(From a BH1) ?

    Yes i did and it also a time lime to pick the quests up may have run out sorry for trying to help

    It seems that you can't pick up Shadow divine contracts on the same day you turned 51... or maybe only if you already checked for Light divine contracts before turning 51.

    Or maybe you're 50 and have the Shadow divine order, but all the Shadow divine contracts are for 51-80.

    My Psychic is lvl 71 and I haven't been able to pick these up for a week or so. I finally gave it up as not worth the frustration.

    Well it turned 51 when he handed over the BH39 and no it didn't got any quest from NPC.

    Have u tried to re-log? Happens with my alt when it turned to level 20, the NPC has grey Flag, but after I relog, it turned Purple.

    I too am having this problem, I have the Divine Order of Light but for some mysterious reason I cannot use it. my alt is a lvl 49 BM and I am getting annoyed

    I noticed when my alts were exactly lvl 49 and 50 the quests are bugged. They don't usually show up.

    Just get to 51, and make sure your culti is up to speed. b:bye

    Despite being sort of a necro, I'll add to this in case someone ever searches for it.

    I've confirmed that this happens at 80, too, since the Void quests are for 81 and up. b:surrender Theres just a couple gap in the level set between the three where you will not get quests.
