Can't find characters on my loggin account

i just checked my account, and there isn't nothing in it anymore, what's the problem???

    Do you have the right server selected?

    My boyfriend and i are having the same problem and i made sure that we have the right server and everything finally it said that it was unable to connect to the server. is the server down or something? by the way it's under archosaur that i'm having the problem.
