Character List problem

I keep Getting this error when I enter Archasaur server -> Could not retrieve character list <-
Please help Ive got my best characters there!!!

    Archo server is currently down. Hope they fix it soon QQ

    I also came across that problem , and when checked servers in-game the only one seems to be out is Arch b:puzzled .....heeeeeeeeeeelp

    ive had the same problem trying to connect to the archosaur server. even if i try a diff server i cannot load my character

    please fix this i can't log in either, keeps saying unable to connect to server and when i log in i have no characters
