Reapers (New All-Race Class)

I was thinking about this earlier today... PWI's First all Race Class... This class used to be a few of the Lieutenants and Generals of the Wraith army... But now... They have seen the error of their ways, and are showing lower ranked Wraiths the path to justice. This class is those few wraiths who do not fear the power of the Wraith Ruler.



This class can be intergrated into the game as a new class for every race, or can have their own starting area. (Personally the new starting area would add better depth to this class, But if PWE wanted to make an easy expansion they could just add the new class to pre-existing race story lines.) The Reaper would be a tank/DD class and would be extremely versatile and instantaneously switch between the two roles.


I thought up a few skills, these are just a few I came up wtih rather quickly, and I'm up to any thoughts you have to make them better or change, or add new ones.

The only thing actually new would be skills, and weapons for this class. A scythe weapon with an APS between .9 and 1.25 would be preferable for the skills I have made.

*Reaping of Souls*

This skill acts like the Seeker's Northern Sky Waltz, and Soul Sever Minuet, as in you can only have one activated at a time. Plan is to have 3 tiers of this skill.

Description: An aura of death follows the character, increasing your maximum Health, physical defense, attack speed and threat generation.

Increases attack speed by # %. Increases Maximum HP by # %. Increases Physical Defense by # %.

Lasts until cancelled or until Soul Eating Aura is activated.



*Soul Eating Aura*

This skill acts like the Seeker's Northern Sky Waltz, and Soul Sever Minuet, as in you can only have one activated at a time. Plan is to have 3 tiers of this skill.

Description: A life absorbing aura follows the character. Increasing damage dealt, and absorbing a slight amount of health taken from the target.

Increases Physical Damage dealt by # %.
Increases Magic Damage dealt by # %.
Absorbs # % of health taken from enemy.



*Frost Burn*
Description: Manipulating Dark Magic you create an icy flame on your target.
Deals # % weapon damage, plus # as water damage. Deals an additional # fire damage over # seconds.
Greatly Increases Threat Level.


*Fire and Ice*
This skill acts like the Archer's blazing arrow, and the wizard's frostblade, just on a lesser scale and combined.
Description: Enchant target's weapons with death magic.


Converts # % of damage dealt into water damage, and converts same # % into fire damage. Lasts 10 Minutes.



*Skeleton Armor*

Description: Summon the bones of fallen enemies to protect yourself from damage for a while.
Reduces damage taken by # % for the next # of hits.



That's all I have come up with so far. But I hope you all will want to contribute and make this class a great hit within the PWI community and within the faculty that reads these posts.

    Was thinking of another skill like Soul Eating Aura, and Reaping of Souls, maybe call it


    *Aura of Death Magic*
    Description: The Reapers, having been witnessing the tragedies of Perfect World, have discovered a spell, granting resistances to all magic forms, while sacrificing some HP, they also gain increased physical damage.

    Envelops the Reaper in a fog of magic, decreasing Maximum HP by #%, increases Magic Defense by #%, and increases Physical Damage by # %.
