error code 0xc00000034 failed to intilize properly

I already up dated to the lastest .NET Framework, microsoftvisual C++ 10.0.30319, i'm running on Service pack 2 (can that be the problem?) i already redownloaded the game many times and still have the same problem. i don't know the .dll to that error code. the last thing is, every time i start the launcher and then click start, the error thing pops up. can someone pease help me?

    If you're running XP, you should be on SP3 now.

    i'm on SP3 and still encountering problems. i just really need a computer professional to do it for me.
    many be we can do team viewer so you can help me fix my problem?

    when I had the issue on my Win7 machine I just re-installed the C++ runtimes and the .net framework and everything ran great afterwards. I believe that the issue is directly related to the C++ runtimes though. Try running the full web installer on that again and see how it works. I really only run the XP machine for testing purposes and I can't seem to replicate the issue you're having with it not resolving.

    When you updated with SP3, it may have reconfigured the runtimes, so doing that install again now should take care of it.

    The problem still exist
    i been trying to fix this for 8 days now and its starting to **** me off -_-
