Server and Character problem

Im on the Sancuary Server I was just playing about 1 hour ago and I just logged back in went to the same server and my character is gone and wants me to make a new one to play? please help

    Probably just not having a good connection to the server. Try connecting again, reboot your PC, double-check that you still have the right server selected.

    nope didnt work and I just put $10 on there earlier..... b:surrender

    well as the gm's wld say "submit a ticket"... "submit a ticket" translates to basicaly "we don't give a f*ck, we just want your money"....thats why I gave up on submitting tickets
    I once lost 100$ the same way u did about a year ago, ever since then I don't spend cash on this game.
