To me, that just sucks for 3million coins.

Well, I have yet to learn that so I can't judge but I can't say 15 seconds are too little. Bramble Hood itself is 15 seconds long.

Blazing Barrier is like a inferior version of Bramble Hood anyway, it wasn't meant to work like Bramble Guard according to its description, but it's the only reflect skill that works in PvP now so those who PvP on a regular basis should be happy. Also, it's pretty neat if you consider the fact that it only requires 30 chi as opposed to the other venomancer panic skills (Bramble Hood, Feral Concentration). It has a one minute long cooldown, that's not too bad either. Less damage reduction but can be used more often.

I can see lots of uses for it. But like I said I have yet to learn it and try it out myself. Still stuck in Shroud for the garnets b:chuckle

The damage reduction effect is pretty similar to what a sage spark gives (for every class other than venos anyway) and the low chi cost allows you to use it whenever it is cooled down. It still looks like the most useful new skill for PvE to me.

Just wondering though, does it overwrite, temporarily replace or stack with normal bramble?

Also, pics of the skill plz b:cute

    It is a auto-buff?
When you use the skill, Is the bramble guard replaced?

Okay, tested this skill. The description is not entirely wrong. It's just missing the fact that the skill reflects all physical damage. I tested in a duel with a wizzy using blade tempest since there is physical damage done with it, and it reflected 3300 damage on a R9 wizard (which I think is pretty awesome, given that I probably can't do that damage on him using my regular skills being a non-R9 veno). So it does reflect ALL physical damage including melee and range as well as plume shot. :) I believe the 100% reflect only works on MELEE and not all physical attacks.

if you think that you have rights in this game and actually nerfs that happened in the past are going to be reverted , you pretty much fool yourself ...
@ Regenbogen : surely , all skills need revamping especially after all these new stuff came out. However if things got balanced , there would be still people out there that would QQ about something . Complaints never stop , and nobody is ever satisfied. I find it pretty annoying that people still moan about things like bramble nerf after we all have understood that it is not going to be fixed. a thread about a viable use of our new skill would be more productive and useful to all players.

This. I'd rather have some more information on Blazing Barrier.

Many things are outdated in the game but complaining about that won't change a thing. The new skill sounds like it's pretty epic and let's be serious now; it's not like a working Bramble Guard would save your *** from those APS and R9s. Bramble Hood, yes maybe but it's not like you can spam it. I, for one, am pretty happy with our new skill.

Every veno who is complaining about their new skills should look at Cleric ones which are completely useless.
Blazing Barrier is a decent skill
    - low chi cost
    - cooldown not bad
    - reduces damage
    - reflects all incoming physical damage (means works against archers and physical spells)
    - makes new status icon which means u can use it with Bramble Hood
On the other hand, Bewitch skill really didnt amaze me (especially the fact that Tidal Protection can block it)

tidal can block any debuff. bewitch is controlling skill which we really lack. they rebuff faster than you go human form. extra foxform seal gives chance at least.

This buff doesn't replace the other reflect? So i can use it with bramble guard or brambole wood?

Defences (Pdef) play a big role in the amount of damage it reflects, if the target has high enough defence you will still die before he does regardless of the 30% damage reduction so it wouldn't be smart to run into BoA (not taking HP into account)

Also, Sins seem to be to stupid to notice the 3 big blue balls floating around you and herpe derp themselfs to death pretty quike
