Invisible Characters

I haven't logged on the game for a few months. After updating the game and logging back into my account, all my characters became invisible. They are still there because the names still remained. After I actually logged into the game, my character is still invisible along with all other characters belonging to other players, including the NPCs. I checked the screen resolution and it's still good. The graphic quality is also ok.
Please help. Thank you.

    I have the same problem, but I do not appear since the registration, when I got into the game as my character and npc not see, please help.

    You should probably search the forum. This has been answered. There's even a thread stating that it IS the answer. In fact, it's usually never far from the first couple of pages of threads here because people keep posting in it saying "thank you".
