This art appeared after last maintenance. Can PWI remove it please? And who actually likes this...? I am having overwhelming desire to immediately close the game after I see this picture b:sad

    Well, they promised to put it in, so there it is.

    Nothing you can do about it.

    As for it being off-season, PWE is kinda slow like that.
    I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.

    I thought it's cute... It's nice they actually put something made by a player in the game... Sure it's off-season... But it's not like it ruins the game or anything like that... b:cute

    Compared to the "runner ups" though, this was complete garbage.

    ofc PWI wouldn't let the community vote on the pics during the contest either....that would've made much more sense

    The annoying thing is that instead of adding a loading screen they ended up replacing an existing one. The one they replaced though was kinda boring I guess: http://i.imgur.com/yabJi.jpg

    They should keep the player-made one temporarily to honor the contest but let's not keep it permanently. The Descent loading screens are one of the features everyone approved of.

    Fuzzy and Kritty became mods through a poll? Well either way... I don't have much experience yet with fuzzy but Kritty is a good mod I think... He's kind I guess and he doesn't tend to close some threads that aren't harmful as fast as some of the mods with the female icons do... b:chuckle

    They sure did. The results of that poll could have been much worse, I guess, but that's not really the point. Allowing people to vote for a loading screen shouldn't be much of a problem since they did it for more important matters such as this as well.

    The drawing is decent and has quite an atmosphere but as far as my personal preference is concerned, I really don't like it.

    It doesn't matter to me though since the loading screen doesn't take forever, also you can probably go to the files and delete it. I wonder if I could replace them with my own....should try that..would be pretty epic.

    I just hope the creator of that loading screen doesn't ever see this thread. Because if I was her, I'd go cry in a corner.

    Why would she cry about it? She is the one who won the contest after all, someone obviously liked the artwork.

    Just let us to our own opinions, not like pwe will change it.

    Hey, they got one pretty decent mod out of it. For a forum contest to become a mod, 50% success is actually pretty good.

    As for the loading screen, I don't personally care for it - but it's only on the screen for a matter of seconds so I don't really care.

    I love art but there's a way to say it.
    That might not be the type of everyone ofc, but no need to say that suck.
    The draw is not bad, im pretty sure 3/4 of people could not even do better.
    I just thing that dont fit on loading screen cause we used to a other kind of image, and winter is done.
    Its not my type but the draw is well done and the person put effort on it, so u can just say ''its not what i like'' but no need say ''that suck i wanna leave the game for it'' cause if u want leave the game for a loading screen you are the one who suck.
    For once pwi do what they say they will do (ok maybe a bit late but still its pwi dont ask too much) they said the winner will have his image as loading screen and they keep what they say.
    Next time if you think you are better and that ur art is more OP feel free to participate to the contest.

    What's the point of participating in a contest if pwe is simply gonna go for artwork like this?
    Look at the runner ups, there were better options there.

    If you look back on the threads about this you'll see why people were complaining about it and it just wasn't who won... it was also who lost...

    To be honest i also thing people overeact whit a image that u see what? 3-4seconde when u teleport, unless u lag as **** and got the image during 5 minutes but in that case change computer.

    Maybe was better draw, but the image is not so much awfull, i dont think people will start bleeding from the eyes for see its a couple secondes.

    I see people post **** comment/thread/reply everyday on forum, do i ask mod to change it cause i dont like it? No. You will tell me if im not happy to dont read it, well same if someone cannot support the image he can just close his eyes for 5 seconde the time image pass.
