Ok so i looked and couldn't find anything about it, I was wondering if the ring craft rates are 100% to make a ring with 25/50/100/200 crystals or if its 100% that it makes the ring at a random chance? could anyone enlighten me?

    The ingame encyclopedia has the correct rates.

    Can't check it myself right now, but I do know that 200 crystals = 80% chance of success.

    I heard some on on my server failed to make a ring with 200 crystal, wish i think is really lame for all that time put into farming the crystals

    I agree, cash shopping for a pq3 ring is pretty dumb, you could farm it before you opened enough packs to get 25 silly crystals, much less the ring itself.

    The in-game Encyclopedia provieds correct %
    They are:
    25Crystals = 9%
    50Crystals = 19%
    100Crystals = 39%
    200Crystals = 80%
