Nirvana Questions

When making/recasting nirvana armour/weapons is it possible to get the -interval attack stat bonus on them? and also iv heard of people having -interval attack x2 on gears from nirvana, thus meaning they can get the attack interval bonus 2 times on 1 gear. can somebody please confirm and or deny this?

    nirvana armor has a standard set of adds (their values may change a bit (not of interval though, you will always get -0.05 or -0.1))

    some g15 nirvana weapons (claws, fists, daggers, not sure about the rest) can have -int (-0.05) and can have it two times (so total -0.1).

    so do they randomly obtain interval? or does it have 2 already be on the armour

    2nd cast weapons get random addons, armors always get the same.

    Only 2nd cast LA/HA leggings (always) give 1 x -0.05 int.

    just to make my understanding of the situation simple, can u give me a list of the random adons of stats that can be on the armour and weapons that i recast in the manner of below?

    Weapons~ instert random stats

    Armour~insert random stats
