Sandstorm (Level 10 )
Range 28.5 meters
Mana 337.5
Channel 2.5 seconds
Cast 1.5 seconds
Cooldown 6.0 seconds
Weapon Unarmed, Magic Instruments

Requisite Cultivation Aware of Discord
Launch a powerful wave of sand onto a target. Inflicts Earth
damage equal to base magic attack plus 300% of weapon
damage plus 4288.4 and decreases accuracy by 50%
for 10 seconds.

It can cut your opponent's accuracy by 1/2

In your opinion, is it worth it?

Edit: Mind the sharding, I am just messing around with it. I have noticed by the misses from my opponents my spells can't get canceled. I also expect some trolling / flaming because evasion is a stat that is controversial to most people.

    It's not a controversial stat, it's a useless stat. It won't even effect sins or archers, and you'll rarely see it work against barbs or bms. Not to mention if anything hits you, you're going to go squish.

    To add to this point, any self respecting phys character has at least 1 +50% accuracy ring so SS them for the -acc becomes moot (this does not mean SS is idiotic, I'm quite fond of the skill)

    Sandstorm one of my very favorite skills...even in end game. Great power and a visually dramatic finisher. Excellent for use in a sutra combo such as sutra>SS>spark>DevPyro which usually ends the argument with anything not R9. Dont even care about the accuracy effects which are just frosting on the cake. Criticized because its slow caster...i dont care.

    btw: they raging about frost glitch in general discussion. lol should read some of that
