problems with summon

hi everybody. I've a mystic at lv 16 and I'm not able to learn punshing sting, needed to learn plant summon skills, even if this is a lv11 skill. can anybody tell me if there's a mission or other things to do?

    you have to go talk to Beckenast the First Mage
