About Perma Spark ,Shield of chi and Sockets

I was wondering about focusing on not-usuals ways to make a good DD/boss tanker( about being a good DD im sure it will work).

Thats it;

Initially it will consist on a 4~4,5 aps char( is it enought to keep him perma sparked with 25% dmg reduction?)

Second : the character would use TT99 fists with Shield of chi->20% dmg reduction (4 or 4,5 aps is enought to keep that status permanent while tanking?

Third: considering the two itens above could be permanent while tanking, with stone should i use on my armor sockets? (Def lvl +2?)

Btw: $$$$ is not problem

    Well it would depends on this:

    The buff shield of chi, does it or does it not overwrite bless buf from spark? (idk, never seen it).

    And the only chars you can get perma sparked without demon spark is sin/archer (rank8 top with interval) (I THINK)

    You're not going to get 4aps with 99 fists. None of them have interval.

    JoSD will only be good if you've got really high refines. Your use of them will be limited... Until they release a -interval Nirvana Cape, the only way you would be able to stack them is if you had a full set of Lunar armor or Nirvana armor, otherwise you would be limited to Vit stones in 99 gold.

    If money is no object, roll a 5aps Sin. With +12 1st cast interval Nirvana and high refines you should be able to tank anything more easily, will always have bloodpaint and deaden nerves, and stuff will die so quickly it's not even funny.

    There's no 4.5, it's either 4.00 or 5.00 and no HH99 fists have interval as far as I remember so you couldn't even get 4.00 which isn't exactly perma spark either. And I don't recall there being any HH99 with that addon unless they put em in recently for some reason. o,o'

    But yeah if money is not a problem just make an 8jun sin with 10k hp and +12 second cast nirvana daggers with a .05 and win the game.

    You don't need money but you need time. the issue with players now is they don't want to wait.
