Faction base quests

Hello PWI ,
I want to know what lvl i must be to take Faction Base quests cause i tried on my 25 veno and i cant take any quest ...

    I believe its 50+

    yeah it's 50 or 60 to take faction quests

    Level 50, with the kill/drop quests changing every 10 levels.
