Need help, can't see a thing !

Ok, here it is. I recently downloaded and instaled PWI again after few mounths.
And heres the problem when I double click the icon on my desktop the game starts updates if one is needed and the the Start button turns yellow. When I press it the error coms up. I tryed lowering my graphics too a minimum and everything is the same. Then I went and statred the game throught elementclient and the games does start and I can log in but I cannot see the book on the main page nor I can see any of my characters. I also cannot see NPC, other players, ME, monters, or my icon on the top left, but I can see names of stuff and I can actually play games but cannot see many things and its just not fun. I don't know whats the problem because I did play PWI for a long time and never had such a problem. Please assist and thank you. I also have screen shots of everything so If nothing else work I may show them in hope that something may change.
