Couple of Questions about Seeker

What should I use? Sword, Blade, Dual Blade, or Dual Sword? Also what is the best build for PvP and PvE like a hybrid build? Right now I am doing STR build and I am kinda just following this one skill build. Thanks for the help

Dual blades have the highest damage output of other swords, I currently use g15 Astral Ballads, outmatched only by r9. As seekers are skill spammers, not an aps class, its definitely the better choice if you don't go r8 or r9. Dual blades are also better for having more points to put into str. They have a lower dex requirement. My strength is at 500, and the fact that my swords only require 141 dex makes that possible.0
