failed to initialize

ive recently downloaded the newest expansion. i did the dx9 thingy and the .dll thingh and my launcher says (failed to initalize 0xc0000034). am i missing something else.

    Same problem here. Happens no matter how many times I restart, too. Have opened a ticket.
