login problems.

i keep tryin to play on sanctuary and every time i click on my character and then start it says could not log in to the server and then it says disconnected from the server but it allows me to play on any other server except for sanctuary

    i have the same problem, i can login the game, but the moment i want to access the server, it sais i cannot login and that i'm disconnected

    Same, and the PWi http://pwi.perfectworld.com/status shows all servers as online. I had originally been in and completed my Crazy Stone quest whilst talking to a friend and then went to activate my PW School Teacher daily Checking In quest. Upon arriving to the plate in center arch I found it completely void of NPC and PC alike. I tried to fly to the Elder of Archosaur and hand in a Friendship Crystal but found my hot keys weren't working so I couldn't drop down other than by holding Z. I decided to try a game reset and since then have been experiencing all the aforementioned problems g0dsfantasy has mentioned. Also, I'd like to note I even attempted to change my password twice, and both times they went through fine.

    Server: Sanctuary

    From character selection screen ...

    1. Allows me to select character.

    2. First message: Unable to login to server

    3. Second message: Disconnected from server

    Coincidentally, this is only occuring on Sanctuary, I'm able to login successfully on Raging Tides and Lost City.

    I'm also having the same issue on Sanctuary server, and cannot log in at all due to it saying "Unable to connect to server" then immediately on top of it, "Disconnected from server. Please log out and try again."

    It sounds kinda like a partial server crash or an HDD fail on their end. Hopefully it's fixed soon :<

    they have a Msg of the day when game starts i dont understand why thy dont update it fast when there are issues or updates coming. comminication ppl! thanks.
