jones trouble

ok i log on to my pwi.perfectworld.com/facebook

i select my jones/ omalleys

i select my server

it wont let me click on select character though, so it cant be sent in game

appararntly according to my facebook page, its been sent and i recieved it 22 hours ago, but nothing in mailbox

any ideas?

ive got 1 left in my mailbox ( that im gonna use now when i log on) couild that be why it isnt working, can u no longer stack them?

also im in the UK, maybe theres regional differences

I havnt submitted ticket yet, so any ideas?b:sad
