Rabbit of Moon Palace quest

Hello all,

I had a little difficulty in figuring out this quest and the PWI Database or ecatomb.net did give enough information for me to go on. So after searching I found the answer to the quest.


Elder's Request (First) - collect the quest

Bunny Hunt - This is what the Database says "Place the Carrot on the Stump in Sealed Basin to lure out the Spiritual Rabbit and catch it (Defeat it)."

To be more helpful, here is the exact coordinates: 134 201
Dig the Dead Stump in Sealed Basin, and the Rabbit will appear. Kill the rabbit.

    sorry to ask this silly question, I have done the bunny hunt once, but I have another carrot... I've gone to the elder's coordinates, but it doesn't seem to be allowing me to do the quest again ... ie, no golden flag above the reader of the immortals head, and when I click on him, no quest available... any ideas? I thought this quest was repeatable, ...and the carrot is not a sellable item ....

    You are totally awesome for this!I am more thank thankful...I don't think I would have ever found the stump.lol. Thanks again!

    There's more than one stump in Sealed Basin. If you happen to find an already spawned rabbit (so didn't use your carrot) and kill it, so are left with a carrot, it's not tradeable (to another player) but is sellable (to an NPC.) (Happened to me just recently, so I'm sure of this.)

    This quest has me confused; I got the carrot and put it on the stump, but the rabbit killed me. Now when I go back to the stump it says I don't have the right tool to mine (activate the rabbit) and the Reader won't give me another one. Did I fail the quest entirely?

    that was daft; all I needed to do was cancel the quest so I could get a new carrot.

    Does it have to be done solo? I did it twice with the help of a friend and it didnt give me a completion.

    lol There was a lot of swearing in my apt when i was doing those quests... "what effing stump? this one? how about this one? Rawwwr!" Nice of you to post something. :)

    I also didnt realize I was supposed to get back BEFORE the timer ran out on the crafters quest. I thought i was being tough killing like 20 of those big things and the timer ended and said "failed." My bad for not reading it and dawdling.
