Need Help!

I cannot select a Character to recieve any Jones or O-Malley blessings. I've tried firefox,chrome,IE9, and Opera.

I've tried UVF's guide of manually doing all kinds of complicated BS to no avail.

I've also tried different facebook accounts.

So needless to say this problem isn't on my end.

Could a GM or tech support simply fix this issue or mail a blessing to me via in game mail?

My character's name is xVallissiax Arch server, thanks..

    It's a problem with the interface between the web site and the server databases. It's an issue that started last summer, got really bad, they tried to fix it, but haven't really yet. You will need to submit a ticket describing everything you've done in intricate detail. They usually don't get it on the first try so give them a response or two after they reply with a silly question to get them back on track.

    For anyone else having this issue, the ONLY way to truly resolve it is to submit a ticket. Even if you can use UVF's method to get the blessings, still submit a ticket. If we don't keep hounding them, they just pretend it's not an issue and never do anything about it. (Like they are with the whole client randomly closing issue I've opened a couple of threads about.)
