Nexus and Ancient Nexus Pill

Where does a person go to get these? I've gotten a cpl before but cant remember how i got them.

Also if anyone knows, is the Radiant Eye Sword a nirvana ?

    You get Nexus Pills and Ancient Nexus Pills from the Level 5 Map bosses from the Treasure Hunt sidequest.

    Radiant Eye Sword is Rank 8.

    the nexus pill you get from almost every dropp of a map 5 TH boss.
    ancient nexus pill is veeeeeeerrrryyyy rare, after killing a map4 boss (from only 5 bosses in total) you have a 20% chance to dropp the rare Enlightened Map for calling a 5th boss (which hurts like hell)
    and hasmore hp than usual map5 bosses.
    me & a friend did TH on each char (7 chars in total) with 30 maps in inventory and we dropped only ONE rare map, and boss dropped 6 rare mats.

    imagine how much time it takes to get those damn necklace, i hope gms changing this rate soon.
