How do I open a shop to sell to other players?

How do I open a shop and sell items to other players?
Where do I come by one of those goofy cat head stores.What is required to open a permanent shop? b:puzzled

    LOL

    Hit the letter E on your keyboard, it'll bring up a window of icons. There's a "trade" icon section with 2 icons. One says "trade" the other is "consignment shop"

    Click on Consignment Shop and add items you want to sell or buy.
