Okay I sent in a ticket from my email adress thats linked to my account. It said in this message wait 4-5 bussiness days for a reply from us. Its been a week since I emailed this company, I feel like i'am lied to, in a way and they don't care about me and my money. My account got compromised last week. Before this is lock delted or whatever, I wanted to ask how long does it really take for GM's to send a message back?

    From my experience, it typically takes 5-7 business days to get a copy-paste coined response that may not actually have anything to do with your issue.
    After that the time it takes can vary.

    Perfect World should recruit more employs specially in Support Zone, Its really sad to wait for 5 days or more to get a reply of my problem/issue . b:angry

    If you're extremely lucky, I week - I have gone for two myself...and then their response is totally useless
