Need seeker build help.

Im a realy big noob to this game and was wondering If someone could help me or give me advice on were I should place my stats, based on other games Ive played, Ive been placing my stats Into Str and Dex.

What else should I do? My guy Is only lvl 17 so I think If I did mess up then there Is still hope to fix It. :P
