character and dq problem plz help

i have a barb on heavens tear level 51
i went to my core connect thing and made him and my other char sasukesokuke my only 2 chars on there then i go to dq items and when i push heavens tear only my old chars come up? i sold a bunch of dq items lastnight on my barb and he dont show up..how do i fix this and make my other chars show up?

    sold about 80 dq items today after wraith attack in sanctuary but i don t got my poitns

    its not just the dq items..
    like when i click the dq items thing under community
    it says pick server and char right
    i pick heavens tear
    i go to pick chars and only my 2 old chars are on there...
    none of my new ones are there like my barb..which has the dq points on him

    still having this problem can a gm explain to me why my chars i want on this site arent showing up?
    i cant even see my archer or my barb when i try switching my avatar picture..so whats going on..fix it plz i'd like my dq items

    k so i got my char to show up w/e u guys did gj on that...
    and my barb says 0 dq points?
    which i really dont ****ing think so..i had like 2000+ points in dq items -.- and i want them
    thats bs i saved up 50+ dq items of like 10 diff items and i dont get a single point from any of them thats cool pw...give me my points now please

    Did you spend all your DQ points on your other characters? DQ points are per account, not per character. And you haven't said what level DQ item you sold, it makes a big difference.

    5-15 point sq items no never spent any becuz it still says i have 0...

    DQ takes anywhere from 1hr to a couple of days to update. Most likely you will have to wait another few hours before receiving your DQ points.

    well when i did it the 1st time when i had the whole bunch of items..which were like 2000 points..i did that friday or saturday...so ya..still waiting

    I have the same bug.. sold 100k+ worth of dq points last december and still never got the points.
    I sent two tickets already but they keep giving useless responses so i just gave up..
    Oh well.. I'm not really expecting much from PWE at this point -.-

    Yeah has sadly happened to me with my newest Archer. It turns out she doesnt even exist in the DQ page and no its not on my main account, everyone has several, should it matter? Anyways, im HT all the time and it didnt show but when i made one for Archosaur it worked like nothing was wrong, i sent in a ticket, but the problem has yet to be resolved, and this was least a month ago. . so . . i guess ill just NOT npc the DQ w.o handing it to my others just to get the point credit. =( least im not the only one. b:surrender

    Think they update now after 12 - 24 hours, npced a bunch yesterday and still haven't any points, Gotta love how they fu ck up free bonus features in this game and have no intention of fixing them as it seems.

    yes apperently they fixed it cuz now i can pick my barb on the dropdown thing for my dq items and facebook thing and i have still yet to recieve dq points or my fb blessing...
    wheres teh gm's i want my stuff -.-

    there not even answering my ticket...its rediculous

    they marked my ticket as solved but did nothing bout it still 0 dq points...nice
