ok, how do i turn in screen shots when i think i've been scammed

i made the mistake of not checking my blacklist and since i had just woke up hadn't put 2 and 2 together when i couldn't see "her" chat in chatbox. i just remembered her as someone i had been nice to in the past with grinding, i had forgotten the rest, actually i took for granted that black list would protect me, my f-up. bad experiences in game i have a tendency toward not dwelling upon... but now this person has stung me and made it seem like she was extorting me to get my property baack and i would like to send in the screenshots i took but dont know how since i've never done something like this before. other games i've played once you wish no contact you cant talk or trade with them.

so please could i get help on how to send in screen shots to have my claims investigated?
