wheres the gm's?

ya..since i started back i've done the GM thing in game to get a gm and no1 pm'd me back..
on here i made a ticket yesterday and still no1 answered...
2 days ago my friend made a ticket and still hasnt been answered either..
so can we get some answers plz? u know its stuff i really would like to know..thanks

    1. GM's are very rarely in-game anymore because they are extremely busy working on tickets.

    2. GM's don't work weekends. At least, they don't get paid to. I have, on rare occasion, come across a GM working on the weekend, but it's very rare.

    3. The standard response time for a ticket is 5-7 business days. (Business days are Monday-Friday and they work something like 9am-5pm Pacific time zone.)

    So that's why you have't gotten a response yet. Patience young grasshopper.

    ;/ well i need one of them to tell me why i cant get my character (barb) to show up on my dq item list..i sold a ton of dq items and i dont want to lose those points ;/

    Also, don't submit more than 1. Just wait the 5-7 days for a response, making more than 1 ticket makes your previous one sent to the back of the queue.

    never needed a call from gm :(

    but is see your point

    but i honestly never needed a gm ppl are who they are and it will always be that way
