Email closed, can't change password

I have sent the ticket in with all the info about IP address and such, just wondering if there's any more information I can send in that will speed up the process? Would GM's be able to change my password to my in-game bank account password before verifying emails? I really just need my password changed ASAP b:cry

    Unfortunately it's the weekend. You probably won't see any activity on the ticket until Monday at the earliest.

    Yeah, I figured. I was hoping there would be some magic in the air this weekend.... b:sad guess I'll just live with the getting booted by dumb people.
