Invisible Things Problems

Hello guys and girls ... i am an old PWI player but i stopped for a while for some reasons and now after some months i decided to install it again and have some fun. I downloaded the game , installed it and updated but unfortunately when i logged in i saw that my character is invisible , i was seeing only the glow of my weapon. I got in the game to see if its only with my char but i dont see anyone , not even the mobs. I reinstalled the game thousand of times , i veryfied the files too , i manually patched the game and still nothing. I'm using Direct X 11 - Windows 7. Can anyone help me solve this problem please b:begb:begb:beg

    you'll probably need to submit a ticket in the end, but mean time go to:
    start -> run/search -> type "dxdiag" without quotes. press enter

    if you have 64 bit OS, click the button that says run 64 bit dxdiag.

    let the tool gather all information necessary, then choose the option to save all information. copy over the contents of that dxdiag report to your ticket and this thread. im thinking theres a graphics problem (driver or hardware) that is causing the issues.

    Without having the patcher or the game running install this: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35

    That should fix the problem as it did for me , otherwise submit a ticket i think.

    Hmm but thats dx 9 ... mine is 11 o.o isnt it worse to decrease?

    It won't decrease it, it will just install the proper files that you are missing. Just because you have DX11, does not mean you have all of the previous files that are required. In this case, you are missing the proper DX9.0c files that the game is going to use for the graphic engine.
