Views Controls SO MANY PROBLUMS

Ok I made one of the biggest mistakes ever!!!!!!!!

I don't know how but i got on First Person View and i want to get out OF IT NOW you guys may be like OMG HOW I honestly don't know please help me i wanna go back to 3rd person view please :).Please Tell Me The Controls For 2012 Still having trouble.

    Use the mouse scroll button.

    Every now and then I get into first person mode - dont really know how - some key obviously. Anyway I 'right-click' and it goes back to third person.
